Hi. I'm Gabe, a Designer working
for Mullen in Boston.

I specialize in digital design, digital production and animation and create websites, apps and advertisements for corporate, government, and non-profit clients. I also hold a degree in fine art, with a concentration in graphic design and typography.

In my spare time I work on design and code projects, learn the piano, and grow lots of vegetables.

You can email me, hit me up on LinkedIn, download my resume or see my work below.

Cheers,

—Gabe

Killing Kennedy

Role: Digital Production Designer, Designer

An award-winning parallax website built as a second-screen experience to the television show Killing Kennedy. I worked closely with the developers to design cutting-edge parallax effects. I also worked with our QA team to tighten up mobile design.

Side Project: Music Archive

App redesign for an online music archiving website.

Logo design that represents freedom of exchange.

Century21

Role: Digital Designer, UX Designer

Filling two roles for this project, I created a content hierarchy, userflow, wireframes, and graphic design.

I organized the content into four major categories, sections of videos and documents, and made it all accessible at any time when using the app.

I created annotated wireframes to layout the UX for visual design and to inform the developer of functionality.

Sometimes, depending on user demographics and complexity, instructions can be helpful.

Menu design sample that allows the user to access and content within the app at any point during the presentation.

Video selection screens are simple and easy to use.

JetBlue Airways

Role: Digital Designer, Animator

An English/Spanish banner campaign I designed and animated. These are my favorites of hundreds I've created from storyboard to trafficking.

JetBlue Getaways

Role: Animator

Created for the relaunch of JetBlue's vacation packages.

MassMutual

Role: Animator

Created to support a campaign that focused on Main Street USA.

Merrow Sewing Machines

Role: Graphic Designer / Photography

Booklet designed to showcase Merrow's stitching and industrial specialties. The booklet was translated and typeset in English, Spanish, Turkish, and Mandarin. It's printed in 2-color Pantone.

Additional spread featuring macro-shots of stitches and visually-interesting type to highlight the stitches.

This spread shows the advantages gained using Merrow stitches and the disadvantages of the competition.

Logo design that was translated into several languages.
